DAKOTA MONTEZ
Dakota Montez is an ambitious young volunteer. He is a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Larimer County and is passionate about raising up young leaders in his community.
Dakota's vision is to provide a program for at-risk young adults that allows them to grow to be the absolute best versions of themselves.
Dakota truly believes in the youth he works with and he believes that when they are given the opportunity, they will rise up to become the next generation of leaders.

GINA MAEZ
After the unexpected loss of her daughter in 2019, Gina felt a higher calling to help children within her community. She began volunteer work as a mentor for high school students within the foster care system. That work, coupled with becoming a licensed adoptive parent herself, helped expose her to the many obstacles that young people, within the system face, as they begin to navigate their way into adulthood.
Gina has owned and operated several business within the Northern Colorado, including a Private Occupational School. Having a background in working with young people, and the knowledge of building businesses from the ground up, she knew that she could help many of these young people develop the skills necessary to thrive in their own careers.
As, a SUCCESS Academy instructor, Gina knows the importance of stability and compassion in reaching these teens, and hopes to inspire self-reliance and confidence in this incredible group of young people.

INTAKE COORDINATOR
MOLLY CONAHAN
Molly has worked with teenagers for the last 21 years as the general manager for a driving school helping students complete the course and get their permits and driver's licenses.
She is also a Court appointed special advocate for a child in the foster system.
As a resource coordinator and mentor, her specialties include; encouragement, training in life skills and development, and seeking and finding employment.
She is a hands on mentor that thrives to see young people succeed in the workplace.
